ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP CUM TRAINING PROGRAM (HYBRID):

Project Contest Innovations (PCI™) LLP., in association with various Industries across India has partnered to provide various trainings on the emerging areas to students, faculty, research scholars & start-ups for enhancing the skills that will be useful for Employability & Entrepreneurship. During the program Industry Experts who are working in the Live Projects will handle all the sessions. The program is designed as a task driven training to given the students an exposure as an internship, so far 4000+ students from 220+ institution got benefited through these kinds of programs from past 3 years. In this regard, now Project Contest Innovations LLP along with EDiyLabs Technology Solutions has planned to provide a 30 days Training cum Internship focusing on "Building Smart Devices: Your Path to Embedded Systems Mastery"


ABOUT THE TRAINING AREA:

An embedded system is a combination of hardware and software provided that both should be synchronized with each other. Some examples are as follows: industrial machines, automobiles, medical equipment, cameras, household appliances, airplanes, vending machines etc. The Arduino is an open-source computer hardware/software platform for building digital devices and interactive objects that can sense and control the physical world around them. In this course you will learn how the Arduino platform works in terms of the physical board and libraries and the IDE (Integrated Development Environment). The course will also cover programming the Arduino using C code and accessing the pins on the board via the software to control external devices. With this module student will get firm career growth in Electronics domain.

i) Learning Outcome: After the completion of the course, the students will be specialized in Embedded System Design using Arduino

  • Introduction to embedded systems.

  • Advantages and applications of embedded systems.

  • Introduction to ARDUINO, ARDUINO History and Family.

  • Programming in Embedded-C, Concepts of C language.

    5. Relays (AC Appliance Control)

iii) The basic sensors and controlling embedded system-based devices using Arduino (Week 3)

  • Introduction to sensors and actuators.

  • How to connect and work with different sensors, such as Humidity,

  • Proximity, IR Motion, Accelerometer, Sound, Light Distance, Pressure, Thermal etc to ARDUINO Board.

  • Reading various sensor data on serial monitor and LCD Display.

  • Functioning of actuator.

  • Reading data from analog and digital sensors on Serial Monitor/LCD Monitor.

  • Work with LED Controlled by Switch/potentiometer, 7 segment displays.

  • How to connect relays and servomotors to ARDUINO Board.

  • Work with 5V/3V Power supply using voltage regulator IC’S.

  • Two Activity & one Quiz

iv) IoT Programming Course using Nodemcu (Week 4)

  • Introduction to the Course IoT Programming Using Nodemcu (ESP8266)

  • Introduction to (IoT) Internet Of Things

  • Library Installation in Arduino IDE

  • Interfacing LED's to Nodemcu

  • Interfacing of Pushbuttons to Nodemcu

  • Connecting Nodemcu to WiFi Network

  • Introduction to Blynk IoT Platform

  • Writing Data to Blynk IoT Platform from sensors

  • Reading Data to Blynk IoT Platform & controlling device

  • Two Activity & one Quiz

(Note: Virtual Platform like Wokwi/Tinker CAD will be used for this internship)


TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

1. A desktop or laptop computer is required. Windows 7 is recommended.

2. Stable internet connection

3. A microphone is strongly recommended for trainer-student communication.


GUIDELINES:

  1. Only limited registration is allowed based on first cum first confirmation process.

  2. Separate Internship Certificate and Course Completion Certificate will be jointly issued by Enthu Technology Solutions India Pvt Ltd & Project Contest Innovations LLP

  3. Payment to be done in Project Contest Innovations LLP Account & screen shot to be uploaded in the registration link

  4. One Day Physical Field Visit will be allowed for Interns those who enrolled for hybrid mode only, Based on the allotted date by the industry. Location – Ediylabs office at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu

  5. Important: Transfer of participation is not allowed for physical visit. Travel and accommodation should be taken care by the selected Intern

Note: Recorded Video will be given for limited access time if Live Session is missed
