Problem Outline:
A Tata industry requires problem solvers for solving Predictive model for determining strength of trees and forecast falling of trees.
According to the Jurong survey conducted in fiscal year 16-17, the green cover of Jamshedpur city is about 37% (23.68 km2) compared to the 33% required by the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF).
The types of trees found are mainly:
Tabebuia Spe., Dalbergia sissoo, Putranjiva Spe., Azadirchta Indica, Mangifera Indica, Mimusops elengi, Ficus Spe., Cassia Fistula, Spathodia, Listestroemia Spe., Siama, Pithecellobium dulce, Swietenia mahagoni, Syzygium cumini, Neolamarckia cadamba, Pterospermum acerifolium.
Some trees are between 50 and 100 years old. Jamshedpur is in the termite zone and the soil is lateritic. For this reason, trees have become weak due to termite infestation. The average rainfall is about 1200 mm (47 inches) and the monsoon season lasts about 3 months (July, August and September). As a result, during the strong storm and monsoon season, there is an imminent danger of trees falling unexpectedly, which can lead to injury to the population or property damage.
For this you have to find a solution for Predictive model for determining strength of trees and forecast falling of trees.
