NDRF Details:
NDRF acts as a National platform for Engineers, Scientists and Technologists engaged in Research and Development for building a strong R & D Engineering base in the country. NDRF since its inception has made rapid strides to achieve its role and objectives throughout the country and abroad. This has been possible largely due to the sustained efforts of the past, present and future Chairmen.
IEI Details:
The Institution of Engineers (India) [IEI] is an official agency for the promotion and promotion of engineering and technology, created in 1920 and incorporated by Royal Charter in 1935. It is the largest group of multidisciplinary engineers engineers, comprising 15 (fifteen) engineering disciplines with more than 820,000 members and serving the nation for more than 9 decades. The head office of IEI is located in Kolkata. The national presence is ensured by more than one hundred centers and several chapters, foras and organs of overseas.

Who Can Apply?
The competition is open to BE / B.Tech / ME final and pre-final students / M.Tech / MS or equivalent courses in engineering from Indian Universities, IIT, IISc and also for the senior technician / member technicians of IEI, who have passed the AMIE Examination. The purpose of this competition is to give students the opportunity to exhibit their individual engineering skills and talents and deserve recognition, while promote engineering design and research in the country.
Prize Details:
Three Prizes are being awarded in each of the fifteen disciplines, adjudged best in order
of merit, and to be decided by a Panel of Judges.
The Prizes would be:
FIRST PRIZE : Gold Medal
SECOND PRIZE : Silver Medal
THIRD PRIZE : Bronze Medal
